This ledger records public Codex reset announcements that have been manually classified by event type and scope. Included events qualify for broad-reset cadence modeling. Targeted or account-specific announcements may still be tracked for context, but they remain excluded.

Human-readable local times appear first and UTC timestamps remain underneath for verification. Dates preserve the precision of the source: a day-only announcement is not silently converted into a precise hour.
