SOURCE RULE
What counts as a confirmed reset?
The source must say that a reset happened and identify who received it. Unclear announcements remain marked as unclear.
SEP 12 AUDIT
Why the 12 September post is not listed as broad
The post says “Reset all propagated” but does not identify the product or audience. A nearby announcement names Astra users, so the broader scope remains unconfirmed.
